Outreach at All Saints’

Our outreach ministry is how we live out the Gospel beyond our walls—serving, learning, giving, and growing in relationship with our neighbors. Guided by our Deacon and a dedicated Outreach Advisory Team (OATs), we partner with local organizations, support vital causes, and invite everyone in our community to take part.
Who Leads Our Outreach?
Our Deacon oversees all outreach efforts, working alongside our Outreach Advisory Team (OATs)—longtime parishioners with deep ties to our ministries. Together, they help shape how we serve, advise on funding decisions, and keep our outreach grounded in relationship and compassion.

Outreach Sundays
On the third Sunday of each month, we highlight a specific ministry or community partner.

-
All loose offerings and designated checks that Sunday go directly to that organization.
-
An Outreach Newsletter is sent the Friday before, sharing information about the featured partner and how you can connect further.
-
During coffee hour on Outreach Sundays, there’s often a chance to learn more or speak with someone involved in the work.
This is a meaningful and easy way to give, learn, and grow in awareness—just by showing up.

Local “Field Trips”
Throughout the year, we take outreach field trips to visit and work alongside our partners. These might be:

-
Tours of local organizations
-
Opportunities to volunteer together
-
Hands-on service projects
These trips are open to all ages and a great way to get to know the people and stories behind the causes we support.
Hands-On & At-Home Opportunities
In addition to Outreach Sundays and field trips, we host parish outreach events through the year, such as:
-
Packing meals or hygiene kits
-
Hosting drives for food, clothing, or school supplies
-
Fundraising or awareness-building events
Some activities happen on-site; others can be done from home. There’s something for everyone, no matter your age, schedule, or ability level.
